Introduction: I approach each session with the same goal, creating a safe environment for each person to comfortably express her and himself. I have learned that what many people want more than anything is to be heard and understood. Sometimes hurt gets in the way of accomplishing that understanding. Ultimately, my hope is that I can bridge the gap between hurt and healing and help you to rediscover the deep connection that brought you together. I really believe giving and receiving the love you need is simple. We tend to complicate it in our resolve to get our needs met before we give space for our partner's needs and feelings. I get the most satisfaction in witnessing the transformation couples experience when they realize they have all the tools within them to make change in their relationships. Watching clients use those tools in session, is awesome!
