Introduction: After over 35 plus years as an attorney and litigator, I have decided that the courts are too busy to provide the type of time needed to resolve issues in a timely manner or involving emotions. These include family matters, divorce, custody, support, parenting time, interfamily probate issues, family businesses, partnership splits (both business and domestic partnership), employment discrimination, wrongful termination and sexual or other harassment. Mediation and arbitration are private, not public as a matter in court would be. Privacy is often desirable because it doesn't air "dirty laundry" in public. My background is in employment, family and business law, so I can handle a variety of issues.
