- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions with Model Mediation are billed at $200 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. There are no additional or hidden fees. Discounted rates are available for nonprofit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All client interactions begin with a free consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my General Civil Mediation training at the University of Georgia (28-hour course and a 12-hour practicum). I am a registered mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution, a Georgia Supreme Court Commission. I also hold a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Geography from the University of Georgia.
