Founder and principal consultant at Model Mediation, a workplace mediation firm. Model Mediation specializes in organizational conflict, team dynamics, and private relationship disputes. Based in Atlanta, Model provides in-person mediation throughout Georgia and virtual sessions nationwide. Before becoming a registered mediator in the state of Georgia, I built a successful career in management consulting at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where I advised on complex projects involving public health strategy and organizational change. I hold a Master of Public Health from Emory University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Geography from the University of Georgia. ​ My communication skills, analytical thinking, and real-world experience make me a trusted partner in organizational and private mediation settings.
