I have 6 Pomeranians whose coats had been neglected after I had my youngest. We scheduled to do 3 one week and 3 in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, one had to be shaved due to severe matting and another had to be combed section by section. She only had time to get through 2 Poms that day. However she took my Poms from Knot to Hott. Even my Pom that had to be shaved is looking gorgeous so I know when his coat grows back out he’ll be Hott too. I can’t wait to see how the other 4 will turn out. She’s definitely hired

The absolute best!!! From our first meeting I knew Just Fur, Inc was the perfect choice! Tamika is kind and extremely patient with my Morkie Willow! My baby spent a few months in the country and came home a matted mess. Tamika sat with Willow for about 20 minutes and gained her trust before jumping into such a massive grooming! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system as grooming prices are dependent upon a number of factors including, breed, size, coat condition, temperament and age.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always provide a 15 minute consultation prior to getting started to get to know the client, the pet and what they want to see happen. This time allows me to envision the best plan of action and possibly make suggestions that help the pet and/or the pet parent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an apprentice and mentee to some of the top groomers in the country. I am continuously updating my education through conferences, seminars and one-on-one sessions with the industry's top groomers.
