When searching for a moving company you want to make sure you find one that cares about your property when getting it from A to B. This company was great and punctual, arrived on time and took their time packing all of the things and transporting. Would definitely use and recommend to all of my friends and family :)

I hired Kyle and his team for moving out of my apartment. I didn't have that many things but I still had to pay the 2-hour minimum. It probably only took them an hour or so to get most of my belongings out and to the storage unit.
I use "most" because there were items left behind. My apartment complex sent me a standard move-out inspection email that included a photo of my items still in the apartment. When you hire a moving company, you expect that they would get *everything.*
I moved out of state and across the country two weeks before I hired them. Meaning, I had not physically been in my apartment for a long time. Before I left, I'd placed my belongings in one general area and sent them a photo. However, I didn't realize I still had a vase on the kitchen counter and my trash bin was still there. Both of these items were right next to the items in the photo.
Not once did Kyle even mention there were extra items in the home. It would've been nice for them to say "hey, we noticed this vase and this trash can and some extra things laying around. Did you want us to take these as well?" This would've been a great opportunity to go above and beyond, but their actions made me feel like they were cutting corners. If you see something, say something. Unfortunately for me, these items were probably trashed by my apartment complex. It's nothing to replace them but it's the principle.
After they took my things to my storage unit, they wanted to somehow "hide" my key outside of my storage unit for my sister to pick up. I told them I'd prefer if they bring the key back to my apartment complex. I could pick up that they were very annoyed by my request, even though the two hours were not up.
Fortunately, they were willing to drop the key off to my sister's apartment who lives in the same apartment complex. However, the entire experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Did not finished the job! Like of communication! Did not return phone calls! Do not pick these guys! They sucks! The job was too much for them. They did not have the right equipment and did not try to get it!
