I used Muscle Moving for the first time and they met and exceeded my expectations. They arrived as scheduled, immediately confirmed the items to be moved including those that were antiques. They wrapped and packed everything with care. They were proactive problem solvers with items that posed difficulty due to the size and space (door width for instance) available. They also were extremely courteous, polite, and efficient. I have already scheduled a second move with them!!

The crew was very kind and moved at a good pace. They followed my labels when unpacking and even asked questions when they were unsure. I appreciate that.

Some of the areas of improvement is that they were about an hour and a half late, which is OK since I didn't have anything else planned that day but with a business like this, punctuality is key. The truck was full and still had stuff left at the house and it was never offered to just take a second trip. Or full the car if the 3rd guy. I paid close to $1000 and still had to move stuff. That didn't really sit right with me. Especially when i went back to the house and saw all that was left, which took me 2 trips to load in my car.

Also, they weren't able to hook up my dryer because they left the silver hose. They explained it to me and said that if I have trouble just reach out because he lives very close. Of course once I got it from the other house I had trouble getting it to stay on. And of course he never replied when I tried to get him to come and help.

All in all, very kind and hard working guys but definitely areas to improve.

We were late due to power outage that was out of our control for the truck lot gate and contacted her as soon as it happened . We weren’t prepared for a second trip customer ended up having 3 times as many items that were originally shown to us in previous pictures and due to that we could do a second trip because we had a second job and didn’t want to go back for small items like bags we took all funiture and items that were originally in the picture sent to us and her home was not close enough to go back she had well over 70 boxes and we never seen those boxes in the photos sent to us and it was a 3 bedroom so everything was impossible to fit on one truck and we couldn’t go back for small items also she wasn’t really moved ready when we got there still was packing even more boxes and items so we tried our best to work with the situation
