- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wall size, texture, accessibility, wall coverage, design complexity, type of paint, and whether priming or sealant is needed? Timeline: How fast does this project need to be completed? Travel stipend ( lodging, gas, etc.) may be added depending on the distance from the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We talk about the project, your vision and look at the wall and the surrounding environment. This could be a phone call, FaceTime, or photos. 2. An estimate is delivered via email. 3. Estimate is approved by client or we revisit the overall project to come up with a different quote. 4. Design deposit is collected and we enter the design phase which includes three revisions. 5. Once design is finalized we schedule the installation. 50% of the remaining balance is due at this time. 6. Project is installed! The remaining 50% due upon completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for over 35 years. I have college and extracurricular education in design, graphic design, photography, realistic drawing and painting. I also have been a professional educator for middle school and high school students in visual art and graphic design.
