FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the professionalism, convenience, and specialized support I provide. Rates are based on the type of document, number of signers, travel, and the overall scope of the appointment. For example, a standard notarization is different from an Apostille matter, Estate Planning signing, or Business/Construction document execution. Clients choose The Notary Nexus because they want more than a stamp, they want a smooth, professional experience handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency. I believe in transparent pricing and quality service, with the goal of getting it done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be simple, professional, and efficient. When a new client reaches out, I first gather a few key details such as: ✔ The type of document ✔ The number of signers ✔ The appointment location ✔ Whether the document is for international use or part of an estate planning or business matter From there, I confirm the service needed, provide the appointment total, and schedule a convenient mobile appointment. On the day of service, I ensure all signers are properly identified, documents are reviewed for notarization readiness, and the appointment is handled with professionalism and care. My goal is to make the process feel smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Business Administration Management, which has strengthened my foundation in professionalism, operations, client service, and business execution. In addition, I am committed to ongoing industry-specific education and development. I am: ✔ A member and Chapter Leader with Notary Training Hub ✔ A Certified Apostille Facilitator ✔ An Estate Planning Partner This combination of business knowledge and specialized notarial training allows me to serve clients with a higher level of professionalism, confidence, and care, especially when working with important documents such as apostille requests, estate planning paperwork, and business-related documents. I believe in not only being available, but being prepared, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
