My name is Janielle and I am a Georgia Commissioned Notary Public and a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I also manage 2 Airbnb home close to the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson airport and I rent out and manage cars on Turo. I have publish an ebook and a journal on Amazon & Amazon Kindle. Janielle has been consistently doing my notary work since April 2023. I was her first notary client. I decided to continue use her and made her my preferred notary because though I can tell she was very nervous her first time around, she asked me questions if I understood the document I needed notarized, came with a witness that at first I didn't know I needed and she was available on a weekend. I didn't mind paying her weekend premium due to her professionalism, promptness and availability to be of service on a busy and beautiful spring weekend.

Janielle is truly amazing! Since I started using her notary services, I haven’t gone anywhere else. She responds right away, shows up on time and she’s so nice! The last time I needed a document notarized, it was very last minute but I needed it next day, she came the same day! I will not be going anywhere else

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The base rate is $25 for General Notary Work, and $2 per additional signature. If a witness is needed M-F $50 per witness, premium rates for after 6 pm, weekends, and holidays. Travel costs $5 per 10 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will need to know the type of document(s) and number of signatures needed. The client should understand the document and must be able to sign or mark the document.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had hands-on training and have worked with experienced Notary Public to gain experience and knowledge to confidently perform General Notary Work.
