FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Georgia mandates 12 hours of continuing legal education every year and the members of our firm routinely exceed that, taking continuing education courses on a variety of topics such as trucking litigation, brain injury, medical malpractice, birth injury and the like. We strive to stay on top of the best and current techniques for civil litigation and trials so that we can serve our clients the way we would like to be served.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases are difficult cases. Make sure you retain someone with experience in this area. Also, make sure you like the person who will be representing you. These cases can take time and you want to be comfortable with the person representing you.
