FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies dependent upon the frequency of training sessions and quantity of sessions purchased. Group sessions are available. Best options to save money are group sessions (no more than 5 in a group- to ensure quality supervision) and larger packages 6mos-1 year which can be broken into month-month payments over the allotted time period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Session is an initial consultation, usually 45min-1 hour (AND IS FREE!!!!)- We go through Static/Non-Static Movement Screening, Resting HR Test, Current nutritional planing and Goals setting. Then we discuss availability for Training Sessions and how to monitor time spent outside of the gym. I work gradually to build intensity over time to ensure proper movement for safety reasons and then adjust levels of intensity. I dont believe I have to" scream" at anyone to get this done but if you are looking for intensity and results working with this approach is the best way to achieve optimizing your results safely
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
M.S. Kineisiology, and 3 different certifications over 16 years of training
