If the body is not in balance, compensation begins to happen, then muscle imbalances- these imbalances can cause minor aches and pains, training plateaus, or injuries.
I achieve results with clients by laying a foundation of balance and then better muscle tone, a faster metabolism, and improved body composition come along with an individualized, scientifically based fitness program.
