- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and continued education is required to maintain certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was actually just searching for a job to fund my travel expense while I tried out for different professional football teams. LA Fitness was the first job to call. I started working and fell in love with personal training. It was an important part of my life already and it felt good to positive impacts on the lives of others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've helped clients lose weight, build muscle, tone up and just get in overall better shape.
