Andrew takes the time to get to know clients (or maybe we should be called patients) before starting any training regime. He isn't in this to just make you sweat, but to educate his clients on how to live healthier lives. Don't get me wrong, you will sweat with Andrew, but that's not the limit of what you get from him. Proper health isn't earned in the gym alone. Andrew makes sure your road to health drives through the kitchen too. I've never worked with a more knowledgeable trainer.

I have been working with Andrew for over four years and I couldn't be happier. With Andrew you not only get a world-class trainer, but a nutrition guide, health specialist and friend. He truly cares about his clients and strives not just to make you stronger, but to improve your overall quality of life. I am a better person because he is in my life. I highly recommend him.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I perform a 3hr Physical Assessments to determine how to design a Corrective Exercise Program which will allow them to reach their aesthetic/performance goals safely and efficiently. However, since how a person looks, feels, and functions is predicated on more than how a person moves, a Nutrition and Lifestyle Assessment is a prerequisite of working with me.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The personal training industry is completely unregulated with certifications that are worth less than the paper on which they are printed. You can't give what you don't have. So make sure that the person you're intrusting your health to is actually that--HEALTHY! At the very least, the professional you choose should perform some sort of assessment and require a minimum of medical background on you.
