Eric worked everything out even better than what I expected. We worked out what the charge was going to be and once he got here he showed me what the problem was, which was just a cracked screen protector and not a cracked screen. Which was great for me, saved money and his scheduling was superb. I'm very happy with his service and highly recommend him.
