- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price amount displayed is typically what is charge. The only time the price may vary will depend on areas such as (Photo Restoration) but I am always provide that information to the customer before a project starts so that we are both on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon request for collaboration, I will reach out to a client and introduce myself, the services that I offer and answer any questions the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the photography field for several years. I have experience with various areas of photography. My skill set ranges from managing big events such as parties and weddings to small more intimate occasions. I have extensive training in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
