- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a transparent monthly percentage-based fee tied directly to the rental amount. Unlike some flat-fee property management models, we don’t add on renewal fees, junk fees, or cancellation fees. With our structure, you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying each month, with no surprises. When you compare the true cost of all services, you'll find that our approach offers more value and predictability than many flat-fee models
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong educational foundation and extensive training related to property management. I completed the SFH201 course on Managing Single Family Homes & Small Investment Properties with IREM, as well as the Understanding Federal Fair Housing Act through Weissman Law. Additionally, I took the ICC Property Maintenance/Housing course at the University of Georgia. I’ve been a licensed real estate professional since 2004 and have been managing properties since that time, giving me both the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to excel in this field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in property management at a young age, helping manage my family's rental properties. As a teen, I was responsible for tasks like collecting rent and communicating with tenants, which gave me hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of managing rental properties. This early exposure sparked my interest in real estate and property management, and it laid the foundation for my professional career.
