- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Most properties are managed at 10% of collected monthly rent, which covers day-to-day oversight, rent collection, tenant communication, and coordination of maintenance. Tenant placement services are typically one month’s rent, and additional à la carte services (like inspections or consulting) are available at a flat fee. We also offer discounts for owners with multiple properties. No hidden fees — just clear, consistent pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your property, goals, and preferred level of involvement. From there, we: 1. Assess the property (condition, rent potential, market analysis). 2. Customize a management plan that fits your needs. 3. Handle tenant placement (if needed) — marketing, showings, and screening. 4. Transition smoothly into ongoing management with clear reporting and communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a unique blend of real estate education, property management training, and marketing expertise. I’m currently completing my real estate licensing requirements, which strengthens my knowledge of state-specific laws, leasing, and compliance. Combined with years of experience in marketing and operations, I approach property management with both a professional and business-minded perspective.
