She is a professional; she replyed all my questions with detailed and honest answers to the best of her ability. Kanika is like an advisor during the whole loan process, she intervenes when I get frustrated with the loan company and their rigorous process. My fiancé and I were looking for a house, but we decided to stay at our current residencey While working with her, she was quick on her toes with finding houses we really liked. Definitely will be referring her services. We worked with realtors before and none of them ever got back to us as quick as she did, her services were literally the next day after speaking with her . Can’t wait to work with her in the future. I honestly believe she’ll find us the perfect place to call home.

Kanika is a wonderful real estate agent. Even during COVID while my family and I decided to continue social distancing, Kanika would go the extra mile to not only find us everything we asked for, but also did virtual showings on our behalf. Shes super responsive, professional, and works relentlessly and tirelessly for her clients. Definitely recommend!
