Kristin did a great job selling a rental property for me when I decided to exit the business. I had done a little bit of clean up and repair work to the home after it had been battered by my last tenant, but I then decided to not to bring it back to 100% and market it as a designated investment property. I asked Kristin if she would take on the sales task to sell it as-is. She jumped on it immediately and did all the leg work. Once we set a price target, she took pictures herself and had the listing posted within just a few days. We had two offers 24 hours after she listed and three more in less than a week. She guided me through the “what if’s” and “how to’s” that resulted in a full price offer with an all cash closing within 30 days of putting it on the market. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. She exceeded my expectations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is commission based that is paid only on a closed sale.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll discuss by phone, or virtually, what type of service you are needing and where you are in the process of buying or selling a home. Then we will set an appointment to either look at homes (if you are buying) or for me to view and assess your home (if you are selling).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the state required training and obtained my real estate license in 2013. Since then, I complete multiple hours of continuing education to further my understanding of lending practices, home inspection, contract law, and more.
