Thank you sssooooo much for these OUTSTANDING photos!! I sold my home in July 2021 (my apologies for late review) and with the assistance of Curb Appeal, I believe it made a difference in how my home was showcased to potential buyers !! It told a story and provided directional value to pics. While I tried to upload from front door to rear (epic fail), the photographer did it all for me and it was an easy upload when it came time to post on mls.
The home went on the market on 6.11 and by 6.12 we had over 120 people come through and my agent said those who were coming through said the pictures captivated them, the natural brightness and angles were true to how large the rooms actually were. NO TRICK PHOTOGRAPHY here. I believe it showed to scale and I could not be more pleased.

Matt is an extremely talented photographer and worth every penny. His camera angles are well thought out and it is obvious he takes a lot of pride in his craft. I wish I would have found him earlier and will be using him for all future listings.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and we will work with your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we will get an email or a text expressing interest in working with us. I will respond to their text or email and ask when would be a good time to talk so I can go over any questions they may have. Once we have talked I ask let them know when they are ready to schedule a photoshoot to please go to my website and click on the book now link. It's a quick and easy way for them to schedule their shoot on their time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Graphic design and have worked as a graphic designer for over 30 years. Working in the marketing space I've worked along side many photographers and have always had an interest in photography. I've been a professional photographer for the last 10 years.
