We hired Ervens to take photos of our rental house and we couldn’t be happier with what he delivered. He was very quick to reply on here when I messaged him and he arrived the following day at the time he said he would. Photos were delivered the day after he took them, quick turn around!! He thoroughly photographed our house and really captured everything we hoped he would. For a small extra fee he did this simulated twilight shot of the backyard which we love. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a fixed rate by sqft. Included in the pricing is one free aerial photo, blue sky replacement (for overcast/rainy days), no mileage charge, and 24 hour turnaround.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new customers typically starts with either a 5 min phone call, Zoom, in person meeting to break the ice. During this initial meeting we will establish the clients goals, any special requests, and how much it will cost to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience includes over 3 years of working with some of the Top 25 producing agents in Southeast and Atlanta, GA.
