I had properties to manage of my own. Others that I have hired in the past did not get the job done!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
24/7 Property Management. To include the daily operations of real estate management of single family homes, apartment complexes, strip mall complexes, and small commercial office buildings. Some examples follow: Marketing the property to fill vacancies - Rent using a rental contract - Tenant screening - Collection of monthly rents and fees - Property maintenance management - Budget and record management to name a few.
