We used LM Construction to install a new roof. Every part of the experience was a positive one. Ron was our main contact and was a pleasure to work with. We felt their pricing was fair and the communication was outstanding we received a timely quote, got the install scheduled quickly and once the weather made that date impossible, we were rescheduled within a week. We were prepped on what to expect and those expectations were carried out as communicated on the day of work.They scheduled enough workers to knock out the roof in one day, which was greatly appreciated to minimize inconvenience since I work from home. The work was detailed and well done and they took great care to protect my property during the install and provided great care in clean-up of the site at the end of the day. I cant recommend them enough.

It was an absolute pleasure working the LM Construction team, and would 10/10 recommend giving them a call for you next applicable renovation need.Upon inquiring about their ability to help us achieve our dream backyard, they were out within the next day and provided us a detailed, professional quote on the expected cost and timeline in which they would be able to get the job done. During the process itself, they provided clear and consistent feedback on their progress to ensure we were never in the dark with how the project was moving along.The original project we hired LM Construction for was completed within the timeline and budget which for new homeowners was a big priority for us. We ended up extending the project and requested they help us with a few more details and again was a smooth process that once the supplies were delivered the team was on-site working diligently and had everything taken care of within 2-3 days. When all was complete, it was a HUGE transformation! They handled removing an entire wood patio, two large trees along with the stumps, and demolished an old concrete pad. The result was a leveled backyard with proper drainage and provided an area of which we will soon be able to use for entertaining guests and a great play area for our two pups.It was a pleasure and will definitely be using for future upgrades.

Ron and the team at LM Construction are world class for some what I will call "deferred and overdue" exterior wood trim maintenance on our home. Highly communicative, show up 5 minutes early or tell you when they are running late (traffic etc.), super professional estimate, quote, accept quote, scope change, accept scope change, invoice, payment process - all digital, all fast. And the quality of the team that comes on site to do the work is world class - w/ incredible attention to detail and spotless cleanup. And they even go above and beyond - this needed fixing so we did it kind of proactive attention. We are now loyal customers for all of our home Trim, Roof, Gutter needs.
