Jan C. says, "We hired Neal to install laminate flooring and would highly recommend him. His price was extremely reasonable; as a matter of fact so much lower than the other quotes I had gotten that I was initially skeptical. But after reading the other reviews and speaking with Neal I hired him. And I'm definitely glad I did. Our subfloor was very uneven and difficult to work with but Neal was very conscientious about taking the time to do the job right. Our floors look great and I have already recommended him to a family member. **UPDATE* My daughter hired Neal to install laminate in her condo. He started the install in October 2018 and as of April 2019 has not completed it. Now he just doesn't even respond to attempts at communication. The floor is mostly completed, but as anyone who has ever had home improvements knows, it is almost impossible to get someone to come do a small project. So this has been a complete nightmare to try to get someone else to finish it. Neal left his saw on her deck, so we assumed that he intended on finishing, but as she discovered yesterday it is broken, so apparently he just abandoned the project and left a broken saw for her to dispose of. Completely unreliable and unacceptable."See more
