- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In offering a wide range of services: Income Tax 1040 Filings, Business Tax Filings, Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Human Resources Services, Quarterly Taxes, Estimated Taxes, Entity Changes, Notary Services etc. We make our pricing as competitive and possible based upon the needs of the customer. We do have pricing as low as $39.00 for some services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an actual conversation about their needs, their current situation, and their past situations. From there we develop a compliant plan and strategy and pursue the lowest tax liability possible and the largest refund for both Individual and Business Filings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in Tax Preparation, taught by a respected competitor (who shall remain nameless) and I maintain "Continuing Education" requirements by the Internal Revenue Service.
