I was really impressed firstly with Ronnie's communication and responsiveness. He was the quickest to come and quote my project and kept me informed every step of the way. His team were always on time and courteous, and the quality of the tiling work was excellent.

They we very nice and responsive at first. They came did the demo and prep work all good. However, they left the water hose on and it burst and ran water for several days. In addition, there were a number of issues that I tried to get them to return to fix including: border edge that that was not miter cut, borders that were miss-aligned, several tiles stuck out such that it left a shadow, several places the grout was not finished and several more the electrical outlets would not go back in due to interference with installed tiles. When I contacted the job lead Ronny he said he would come by but never did and then stopped answering my calls. I had wanted him to do some more work for us but now I would advise not to hire him. I ended up paying another contractor to fix the issues.
