Brandon was great! Being the night owl that I am, I sent a request at 2am and he responded by 5am! We had our appointment set by that evening. He removed my old mount and put the new mount in smoothly. I will call on him again in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything.

This gentleman was on time, respectful, got right to attaching my LG TV to my LG dvd video player recorder. I could also add responsiveness & "value" to his attributes. I may also call him if I have a light bulb to change. lol
