I reached out and we spoke in regards to getting him out to take a look and give us an assessment and recommendations. He agreed to come out on Saturday at a specific time but did not show up. He mentioned he forgot he was moving. Big inconvenience but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he did forget; so I agreed to let him come out on Sunday and still was a no show. This is unsatisfactory and shows that he doesn't value his customers time. Please remember that some of us coordinate time off from work to be available for you guys to come out. Please be careful before booking him.
