Mohsen responded to my inquiry quickly, he was even able to come out to do the work within an hour, which was nice. He assessed the problem and went out to buy a new garbage disposal, then installed it. And I'm happy with the work. I'd hire again.

I had Mykola and he is quick, efficient, no BS. Price is very fair. Owner is very willing to communicate. Experience is very different (in a very positive way) for me compared to other contractors. I purchased my own bathroom vent / exhaust and tried to install it last week, it took me over 2 hours and could not figure out how to place it correctly and kept losing more ceiling fiberglass insulation. It took Mykola 20 mins - in and out, including diagnosis. it felt impossible for me to fix the issue cause the pipe that was connected to the vent was in a weird position, and i can get it to stay where it's supposed to. great craftmanship! he suggested the type of caulk i should use to seal the vent cover to avoid damaging the ceiling, i was going to use the silicon one. very thoughtful. also, he's very straight to the point, no BS. he confirmed everything over text (talking about 5 texts exchange total including mine before he showed up), and arrived on time as promised, unlike other contractor. only called cause i did not respond to his text and he's at the community but i did not provide unit number. saved me a lot of calls cause i was in meeting all day.
