Darell arrived on time and was able to identify the issue with my HVAC unit after troubleshooting the problem. The unit was back to operational state within a short period of time. Update (11/3): Lowering rating to 2 stars. 9/29 - Technician visits, finds no R-410A in the unit, fills the unit with R-410A and I pay him the agreed upon money for his services. 10/1 - Unit is non-operational again, informed the technician. 10/2 - Technician revisits, replaces a schrader valve and fills R-410A again in the unit. 10/4 - Unit is again non-operational, technician was informed. With information gathered from neighbors that some of my neighbors were needed to replace the coils because of leaks. 10/8 - Second technician arrives, checks few things and confirms that there is indeed leaks in the coils (in the unit's internal part which is in my attic). 10/10 - Communicated with the lead technician via texts, and we agreed on the cost of replacement. He comes to collect a large part of the payment as cost of the coil. I request for the job to be completed on 10/18 since I was scheduled to travel. 10/17 - Sent a reminder text to the technician that I expect the job to be completed the next day, without receiving a positive response. 10/20 - No communication for the delay, after a series of texts the technician comes to fill in more R-410A. But the coil does not get replaced because his technician is out of town. 10/24 to 10/28 - Series of texts, weather also cooled down where the AC was not needed. I was not sure if I can use the unit's heating capability or not, I was told that it should be fine to run the heater. Sadly the coil is yet to be replaced as of 11/3 and I have not heard anything from the technician about the delay or next course of action.
