- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are flexible but will be agreed to ahead of time. Our equipment is top of the line, but we're also focused on giving our clients great value and return on investment. We also strive to be as transparent as possible with no hidden fees or add-ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is different, and we want them to be as involved as they wish. Some customers want to be involved with everything, from storyboarding, to cuts, to video format. Others want us to take the reins and show them the finished product. Our focus is on making the customer feel as comfortable as possible with the workflow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done nearly everything under the sun as it relates to video, from multi-year stints at TV Networks to managing social video at a major sports site. One of our founders has an experienced traditional film background, while the other has a focus on marketing and ROI.
