- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For BBQ, you gotta know, slow and steady makes the best food. Time is money. So for a quality meal, it's gonna take time to do it right. Meat prices fluctuate during the year, especially pork. Those considerations must be met when ordering bbq.

Once you contact us, we determine the type of meal, amount to be served, location and budget considerations. Usually within a day, we will have an estimate for the meals that was asked for. Adjustments made and suggestions are offered to help make the experience the best possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self taught. From seeing family bbq to becoming a pitmaster while in college. I've cooked for big events for my school, job and family.
