- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the assessment we can determine an estimate for the work needed to be completed. If damage is covered by insurance we can communicate with the insurance company directly for payment, unless there are complications.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to learn the damages and the interests of clients before any work is performed. Once we familiarize with each other we dispatch our crew to assess the damages and strategize a plan of action. All matters relating to the project will be communicated and agreed upon so that everyone knows what the project will look like before, during and after. That includes the work, timelines, and payment details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified, have years of mitigating and construction experience among our crew, and we also have our licensed public adjuster to direct and guide insurance related claims.
