The hot water heater in my home decided to finally give up the ghost, and with the weather getting colder I wanted to be able to take hot showers. I reached out through Thumbtack and got a response and cost estimate almost immediately, and he was able to come out that same day and get the work done. No additional fees, no surprise costs, just honest, quality workmanship. Two hours after he'd arrived I had hot water again, and he even handled hauling off the old heater! Love the toilet Chuck installed. My family are tall. Plus it needed to be replace as it was almost 30 years old and really low to the ground. Chuck was professional and friendly. The toilet he suggested is perfect for taller people. He pointed out a couple issues after removing the old toilet that he also repaired. The cost was very reasonable.
