He completed repairs on a wall and door frame that had sustained water damage, this was an ongoing issue I’ve had multiple contractors attempt to fix over the past few years. I’m confident his solution will last because he took the time to thoroughly explain the work and his approach once everything was complete. He was professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire booking process, and his pricing was very reasonable. I especially appreciated his integrity, he was careful not to overcharge me, even without being prompted. I would definitely recommend Julian and will hire him again in the future if needed.

I had a nasty crawl space with falling insulation and mold that I needed encapsulated to seal my crawl space from water damage and to help with the humidity. He installed a 2 layer system that fully sealed my crawlspace from ground moisture/water intuitions, it also included a dehumidifier to keep the air at a proper temp to keep unwanted moisture out. He also installed joist supports (silver pole in picture) for my sagging joist from years of moisture and was able to lift and stop the sag in the floor that had previously been noticed by a dip in my floor. When it was all finished my crawl space looked and smell clean. Highly recommend
