I had a nasty crawl space with falling insulation and mold that I needed encapsulated to seal my crawl space from water damage and to help with the humidity.
He installed a 2 layer system that fully sealed my crawlspace from ground moisture/water intuitions, it also included a dehumidifier to keep the air at a proper temp to keep unwanted moisture out. He also installed joist supports (silver pole in picture) for my sagging joist from years of moisture and was able to lift and stop the sag in the floor that had previously been noticed by a dip in my floor. When it was all finished my crawl space looked and smell clean. Highly recommend
