FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this industry, prices can vary greatly depending on the services needed. Often, a quick (no obligation) conversation will go a long way in determining the price for your project. Hourly rates can only tell you so much, so we like to provide project-based quotes, and we often need more information to do so. We like our clients to know exactly what they are getting and how much they are paying up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically onboard new clients with a quick discovery call. This call helps guide our development process and allows us to tackle the client's challenges from the very beginning. We then work in multiple stages with the clients from design, backend development, content development, front-end development and testing/launch. Our clients are engaged during each stage, so we can make the most informed decisions as we move into each stage of development.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our developers have degrees in website development. Brady Mills, the owner, has a degree in computer science and has been developing websites full time for over a decade.
