Michael was fantastic! He stood out from everyone else right away, because he put together a couple of ideas and sent them to me before I even hired him. He worked with me on budget and took my job seriously, even though my budget was limited. He worked quickly - getting me things to consider and review at least once a day - if not twice! He zeroed in on my style quickly. He had lots of great ideas that made my labels better than I had imagined! He was good with feedback - if I wasn't crazy about something he discarded that and moved on immediately. He went above and beyond and ultimately provided MORE than we had agreed on! I love my labels and I will definitely go back to Michael for any/all future graphic design needs! I can't recommend him highly enough!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I prefer to estimate our work from an understanding of what you need and what your priorities are. When you ask, "How much is a house?" It is hard to answer with out asking what kind and how big of a house do you want and need. This is the same with websites, logos, marketing plans, etc... Just putting up a site for the cheapest price is not in your best interest. Building a website that serves your audiences needs, reduces your sales cycle, drives leads and/or serves your existing clients doesn't cost you money it makes you money. That is our goal.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We like to start with an introduction session (in person or over phone) where they learn what the client's needs are. Then telling them how we work, Then We like to evaluate the situation, understand budget and make a thoughtful recommendation that will drive our client's success. We do an evaluation of their current situation, goals and capabilities. Tehn work witht he clietn to meet their budget needs, but with a product that will serve them to make money and realize success.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    BFA Communication Arts & Design, over 25 years in the business, have won numerous awards for creativity, marketplace success and quality.
