FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my websites have been $3k. I have completed websites for as low as $1k and as high as $7k. I've partnered with other developers for larger sites that have ranged larger. But I can handle smaller sites for $3k myself. Take a look at my portfolio for some samples.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My website design process involves planning and user research (truly understanding your customer) and creating a sitemap and blueprint for your website. Once completed, I prepare designs and content that reflect the appearance and functionality for your business needs. Once these are reviewed and approved development will begin. Your primary website (i.e. top level) pages are created in the previously determined language (Html/CSS) to meet all the appearance, performance, and content requirements. The primary pages will be reviewed by you with appropriate feedback for revision. Primary website pages are revised in accordance with your review/feedback. All secondary pages are created. The finished website will be reviewed and all functional aspects tested. Upon completion of website review & testing secured dedicated IP hosting will be provided. Once revisions and modifications resulting from reviews and final payment are complete, the website will be uploaded and go live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Sociology and certification in Web Design including HTML, JavaScript and CSS. I've studied fine arts and computer science to refine my design and code skills. I'm currently in the process of pursuing my certification in data science and analytics.
