What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum charge for website builds is $2,000. Our minimum charge for Digital Marketing campaign setup and management (including Google Ads and/or Social Media) is $500/mo OR 30% of total ad spend if a certain ad spend threshold is reached.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet with prospective clients either in-person or over zoom in order to attain a better understanding of their business objectives. After this, we develop a comprehensive proposal tailored to our prospect's needs and agree upon a budget. Then we get to work! The client is updated regularly on the status of any campaigns, app or website builds and we encourage all clients to give us continual feedback so that our work aligns perfectly with their vision.
