- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on features requested for website and whether customer provides content or requires extensive copy writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial call to define the target audience for the client and what actions they want their customers take when on the website. Then I want to learn about my client, their story and why they are unique. The we talk about design styles and colors. It is very helpful for client to share with me competitor websites they admire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 500 hours building WIX websites and I am a certified WIX Arena web design expert. I have over 25 years of achievements in marketing and merchandising experience building brands for national retailers. I am a published author with a degree in creative writing.
