We are able to provide all construction services including but not limited to painting, design & CAD/Rendering flooring, electrical, automation, and metal work. We also have a full cabinet shop and can provide custom furniture, built-ins and wood and metal working. It is our goal to provide you with upfront pricing so you can budget your project and service that is turnkey.

Prescott did a great job! We had a non-standard door that was part wood and part metal with a non-standard lock that needed replacing. Not a typical quick easy fix lock replacement. Prescott was very knowledgeable, clear in his communication and fair with his pricing. Will definitely use him again for jobs that require a craftsman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to offer a fixed price whenever possible. However are terms are flexible and we are willing to work how ever the customer would like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically offer a rough order of magnitude price to the customer to make sure we are on the same page. If the customer opts to proceed with us we will do an in-depth review of the project to produce a fixed price if appropriate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm trained in Project Management, CAD, machining, woodworking, metal working, and have experience working around and managing the other trades.
