FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation about your book, its purpose, where you are in the writing process, and what kind of professional support you need. Once I understand your goals and review the project requirements, I'll recommend the appropriate services and provide a customized proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, investment, and payment terms. Every full engagement is supported by a written agreement. Throughout the process, you'll receive professional guidance, clear communication, and an organized plan for completing your project. Timelines depend on your project's length, complexity, and readiness. Ghostwriting, comprehensive editing, and publishing each have different production requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an eight-time published author, experienced ghostwriter, book writing coach, editor, and publishing strategist. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Juris Doctor degree, and professional coaching certification. My background combines writing, publishing, strategic communication, and professional coaching. This allows me to help authors not only improve their manuscripts but also clarify their ideas, organize complex material, and develop books that support their larger goals.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out, consider these five things: What kind of book are you creating? Do you have a completed manuscript, a partial draft, or an idea? Do you need ghostwriting, editing, publishing, or a combination of services? When would you ideally like your book completed? What investment range have you established for professional support? You don't need to have everything figured out before contacting me. That's part of what I help you do. But having a general sense of your goals, timeline, and available investment helps us determine whether we're a good fit.
