What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different and pricing is based on your individual needs and the amount of time, research and coaching it may need. We will customize a plan to fit the services you need. Prior to starting work, we'll send you a proposal outlining the details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a call or in person meeting to discuss storytelling needs. Usually 15-30 minutes. From there, I'll come up with a pricing plan and timeline within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 4 decades in journalism, writing, public speaking, video and commercial production. We're award-winning editors, authors, and mentors. CEO Erin Peterson is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and the Poynter Women's Leadership Institute.
