I’m a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with 4 years of experience. Certified Slow Resistance Lagree Trained Teacher with 3 years of experience. HIIT workout certified with 3 years experience. And Certified Breathwork Facilitator. I am also well versed in cyclical living and menstrual education; I help teach my clients about their bodies as a part of my holistic approach.
