- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet one on one to hear the ideas and desires for each customers event. It's more of a personal touch.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Initially, because I like to cook and feed people. Then I really got into planning parties and helping friends with their parties. Before I became a professional a friend hired me to cater her daughter's wedding for 100 guest. It wasn't until much later in life that I realized what a huge undertaking that was! I'm still amazed I pulled it off.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I enjoy catering the smaller more intimate events. Mainly because it feels more personal and I feel more a part of the festivities. If there's a reason to celebrate I've catered it! I really like helping to plan a menu that's perfect for the occasion. Really into themes! I can do as much or as little as needed to help with the success of the day.
