We had a very small wedding at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion and had a custom menu of southern comfort food; pulled pork, Mac N Cheese, chicken bacon ranch pinwheels, bacon green beans, etc. EVERYTHING was amazing and fresh. The staff was readily available and eager to help and answer any questions we had. Megan helped make our night extra special, and we are impressed by her professionalism AND how personal she was with us. Thank you, Megan! Event Catering (Drop-off)
Creative Cuisine Catered my mothers Birthday Party. It was a luncheon - which included chicken Salad cuisants, chicken wraps, potato salad, anti pasta and fruit trays, Swedish meatballs, and cucumber and tomato salad. It was all beautifully plated, and delicious. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food. Chef Meghan was extremely easy to communicate and work with. She even helped me with a cake that was bought from a local bakery that was falling apart. I would call her first if another catering event comes up. From the moment Megan as were my organizations request for a caterer on Thumbtack we could tell she was a person we would want to work. This thought was proven over the weeks before our holiday party. Megan always responded to any questions or requests promptly and worked to get us everything we needed within our budget. Megan catered my wedding this July. Our initial consultation with her was wonderful. She listened to our tastes and ideas, offered her own, and worked with us to come with a fantastic menu that was within our budget. Megan offered a wonderful mix of both traditional and creative dishes. She was always just a phone call, text, or email away from my fiancee (now wife) to work on details, answer questions, or offer help and suggestions. On the day of the wedding, I was being kept at the reception venue, and I was able to see how well her staff and she worked to set up and prepare for the evening. Our reception was phenomenal, and I still hear great compliments from the guests. The collard green egg rolls, the salmon cakes, the pork loin, the tomato jam with goat cheese, all of it was simply delicious. All the while, she and her staff were efficient, polite, and helpful. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to speak with potential clients on the phone first and then go from there. Meeting face to face is always a must.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Culinary school, business school, and associates degree. I sit on the board at Augusta Tech Culinary Department. I also am part of the American Culinary Federation. I am constantly taking classes to better my skills.
