My HVAC stopped working as a result of a brief 3 second power outage by Aiken Electric. It turned out to be a blown 3 amp slow-blow fuse in the low voltage section of the control board. Roy called me to get an idea of what my problem was. I also called him back to provide additional information of my problem. He was able to fit me into his schedule and had my HVAC in working order in a short time. He is very attentive in making sure that all is okay. Very good worker.
