I had a small amount of water in my bathroom that I assumed was from a leaking pipe. I connected with Carlos and he came over the next day. He looked at the problem and immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He said it wasn’t a pipe and wouldn’t cost me anywhere near as much as other guys quoted me at. The whole repair took less than 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and treated my home with respect. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and honest. I don't have any hidden fees. All my final cost depends on the drain that's clog and its severity of the clog. All work will be explained before I began. With end goal of providing high quality fair pricing services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing first is customer focused. Learning the problem asking a few questions to understand what's happening. When I arrive I inspect the drain. Follow up with explaining the issue. After completing all work test all drain systems making sure you're getting full flow. Clean up my work area and answer any additional questions
