Had my unit serviced because it was making a loud blowing noise at times. Kyle checked it out and cleaned it up, replaced a hose. I have a heat pump and he told me that the noise is the unit going into defrost mode when it's really cold outside. He did an excellent job. I opted to go with their membership price which includes 2 service checks and discounts on other services and parts.

I purchased a maintenance contract from Duggan's 1-hour Heating & Air for the mini-split unit in my workshop to have it serviced twice annually. So far, I have had service technicians that appear to be very accomplished at their skill/trade/training, as well as friendly, courteous, and very professional. The most recent servicing (Jan '26) by their technician, Chance Mills, was no exception. He thoroughly serviced the mini-split and was on his way. I have had a completely positive with Duggan's HVAC service.

In our opinion, this young man wasnt as thorough as the ones we had in the past. We were expecting at least an hour or more instead of thirty some minutes.

We use the exclusive Straight Forward Pricing System. All of our prices are spelled out in our guide and tablet. We do not use time and material to quote our service jobs which is unfair if your got a slow technician. You will know the full price of agreed upon repairs first!

Just call in to have one of our professional client care reps go over you needs and schedule an appointment... Just that easy.
