- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the exclusive Straight Forward Pricing System. All of our prices are spelled out in our guide and tablet. We do not use time and material to quote our service jobs which is unfair if your got a slow technician. You will know the full price of agreed upon repairs first!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just call in to have one of our professional client care reps go over you needs and schedule an appointment... Just that easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff of professional technicians must go through our exclusive One Hour Academy for client care. Each week we take time to review any field issues and new technology available to us.
